1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using B-Roll Me ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

B-Roll Me is a desktop application that assists video editors in discovering B-Roll footage. The Software uses artificial intelligence to analyze scripts, search for video clips, evaluate relevance, and facilitate downloading of clip segments. The Software requires users to provide their own AI API keys and internet connection.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable license fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal computer(s) for your internal business or personal purposes.

The Software includes a 5-day trial period. After the trial period, a valid license key is required for continued use.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
• • Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights

5. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with third-party services including AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter) and YouTube. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any AI provider whose API key you use with the Software.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you process through the Software, including video scripts and downloaded clips. You must ensure you have appropriate rights or licenses for any content you download or use. The Software is a tool — it does not grant any rights to third-party content.

7. Payment and Refunds

License purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Refund policies are governed by the purchase terms displayed at checkout. License fees are non-recurring unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of B-Roll Me and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL B-ROLL ME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
